THE GRANGE
Imagine yourself at the Grange, a charming grade 2 listed former carriage house situated to the West of the main Hall, within the enchanting Patshull Hall Estate. This exclusive holiday rental invites you to gather up to 12 of your nearest and dearest across 6 inviting bedrooms, with space for two extra small children to join in the magic. Revel in the fun of a games room, unwind in the rejuvenating hot tub, and embrace the art of outdoor cooking, all while surrounded by the peace of the countryside. The Grange is more than just a place to stay; it’s your gateway to explore the wonders of the West Midlands and Shropshire. With its grand ambiance and serene atmosphere, the Grange is your haven for a truly inspiring getaway.
THE SPACE
Outside of the property you will find ample parking for 6 cars, an electric car charger, undercover outdoor seating and cooking area, children’s play swings and slide plus luxurious wood fired hot tub. Soak up the sights and sounds of the English countryside whilst relaxing in the eco wood fired hot tub, cook up a storm in the outdoor kitchen whilst catching up with friends and family or simply sit and watch the world go by cuddling up with a good book. If you venture inside you will find a beautiful neptune oak dining table with seating for 12 alongside an open plan comfortable lounge area with smart tv and working fireplace. On into the country inspired kitchen, a fully equipped space with American style fridge freezer with built in ice and water function and a SMEG coffee machine. The kitchen island provides an extra seating area where you can enjoy a morning coffee and pastries whilst planning your day in the beautiful English countryside. Just above the kitchen is the snug /office area, perfect for children to watch a movie or adults to catch up on their emails.
For the competitive amongst you the mezzanine level houses an interchangeable pool / air hockey table as well as a table football game. Fun no matter what your age! There is also a small selection of boardgames and children’s dvds.
The property also features a large utility room with washing machine and downstairs WC.
All bedrooms enjoy unspoiled views to the West across the treetops and fields towards the renowned Wrekin Range.

Located within the inner courtyard at the front of the main Hall, enjoying two parking spaces and its own entrance. The 3 bedroom gatehouse has been sympathetically restored and comfortably furnished for your enjoyment and relaxation. A fantastic location for exploring the West Midlands and Shropshire. Grand surroundings and a peaceful setting, the West Gatehouse offers all you need for a comfortable stay.

THE SPACE
The West Gatehouse is an exclusive 3 bedroomed self contained home sleeping 5 people plus one infant. Providing a unique stay within the inner courtyard of the Patshull Hall Stately Home. Enjoying views across the main entrance quadrants to the Hall, the West Gatehouse is comfortably furnished in a sympathetic manner to enhance your stay within this historic home.
- HOUSE SPECIFICATIONS -
Master Bedroom – located at the top of the house with kingsize bed, ensuite shower room and dressing area. Room for a travel cot if required.
Double Bedroom – enjoying views to the front of the property for your relaxation. Room for a travel cot if required.
Single bedroom – single bed, enjoying views to the front of the property.
Travel cot and highchair available on request. Please note the double and kingsize bedrooms also have space for a travel cot if required.
Family bathroom – with full size bath and shower. Located on the middle floor next to the single and double bedrooms.
Kitchen – A family kitchen located on the ground floor fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine and pods. Dining table which seats 6 adults or 5 and a high chair.
Downstairs WC.
Sitting Room – comfortably furnished with real open fire. Wood is supplied during your stay with us during the cooler winter months and can be replenished by contacting your host for a small additional charge.
